The GNM 2024-25 batch of GRV Institute of Medical Sciences and Nursing organized a community outreach program at a Ardhesanahalli Government High School, focusing on Menstrual Hygiene Awareness and Good Touch - Bad Touch education.
The session aimed to educate school children - especially adolescent girls - about the importance of menstrual hygiene, busting common myths, and promoting healthy practices. Additionally, an engaging and age-appropriate session was held on Good Touch and Bad Touch, empowering students to understand body safety and the importance of speaking up.
This initiative is part of GRV's ongoing commitment to community health, child safety, and preventive education.
"Awareness is the first step to empowerment."
