GRV Nursing Institutes observed World Rabies Day on 28th September 2025 at Devanahalli Taluk Hospital. The program aimed to create awareness about rabies prevention and control among the general public.
The event included informative speeches by faculty and nursing students highlighting the causes, symptoms, prevention, and importance of timely vaccination against rabies. An awareness program was also conducted to educate patients and visitors on preventive measures, first aid after animal bites, and the role of community participation in eliminating rabies.
The program was well received and reflected GRV Nursing Institutes' commitment to community health education and public service.
